Swimming in the Mangrove is a sour red ale aged in 500 Liter Red Wine puncheons from California for over two years. These vessels dwarf standard barrels and only age our most unique beers. Clean stone fruit acidity on the nose leads to flavors of oak, cherry, caramel, and unripe apricot. A beautifully complex beer from a beautiful barrel.
