Saison Pesca Bianca 750 ml

Description: This Saison was brewed using Haus Malts Ohio grown Barley and Heriloom Einkorn then aged in neutral oak barrels with brettanomyces for over a year. We then refermented the beer with Italian white peaches. The result is dry and full of bright peach aroma with a dusty brett character that will continue to develop with time.
