Description:    We're pleased to say this beer was both fun and educational - as only the best collabs are! Our friends at Noble Beast joined our brewery team to craft a dark Mexican lager brewed with heirloom Oaxacan green corn that was grown and malted at Sugar Creek Malts in Indiana. The beer is light, crisp, and crushable, with just a hint of chocolate. Cheers to trying new things!

Ingredient Profile: German base malt and heirloom Green Oaxacan corn, chocolate wheat.
NOTE: This was brewed to mimic Modelo Negra, which is technically a Munich Dunkel style. This info doesn’t need to be communicated to anyone necessarily, but it is helpful to have when selling I think. The beer drinks super light and crisp so I think we landed pretty close to the mark on this one.
