We have historically celebrated our anniversary with the release of unique barrel aged beers, beginning back in 2017 with the original Bourbon Barrel Dire Wolf. Over the years, small amounts of barrel aged beer from our birthday bashes have found there way into the cellar, aging and developing more nuanced character over time.  To celebrate our big 10 Year Anniversary, we crept down into "the vault" to curate a stellar lineup for a vintage beer tasting! Join us on September 22nd for a guided tasting with our head brewer showcasing 4 vintage beers PLUS a sneak peak pour of Top Shelf Dire Wolf, one of the exclusive beers featured at our 10 Year Anniversary Party (and not available to the general public until September 30th!)

Our Executive Chef will also be serving guests two small plates to enjoy alongside the tasting, including a goat cheese croquette drizzled with paddlefish caviar and drizzled with hop honey + a pork taco with kohlrabi slaw and black garlic creme fraiche.

 

1. Brandy Barrel Wolfmann (2018) - Our Imperial Wheat Stout collab with Listermann aged in French Oak Brandy barrels for 14 months. 
2. 3-2-1 Dire Wolf Wolf (2019/Gold medal Winner at Festival of Barrel Aged Beer) - Dire Wolf aged 14 months in tawny Port barrels, then an additional 8 months in Bourbon barrel Nocino Barrels from Watershed.
3. Bourbon Barrel Canis (2020) - Imperial Stout aged in Watershed barrels for one year, then conditioned on One Line coffee beans, cinnamon, a blend of chilis, cacao nibs, and vanilla bean.
4. Blanton’s Lord Maris (2022) - Our English Barleywine is layered with the finest imported malts and boiled for 8 hours, carefully fermented, then aged for over 18 months in Blanton's Bourbon Barrels.
5. Top Shelf Dire Wolf (Wolfstock 10 Year Anniversary Sneak Peek) - Our brewer’s set out to curate the most premium blend of our bourbon barrel aged imperial stout. The chosen barrels were 10 Year Eagle Rare, Willet Family Estate Single Barrel, and Buffalo Trace Stagg Jr.  Blended without adjuncts, this singular beer exhibits unadulterated barrel character and everything we love about our award-winning Dire Wolf. This beer won't be available in bottles until 9/30!
