Description: Chamomile tea with a hint of orange is a classic recipe for comfort. This wild ale is fermented in oak and aged over a year on our Gold Legacy mixed culture. While quite tart up front, lovely notes of oak and vanilla from the barrel compliment the chamomile flowers and orange zest we added just before bottling. We hope our interpretation transports you somewhere familiar and pleasant.
