The Shape of Things to Come highlights both our respect for the past and passion to dive into a brave new day. That means more blending and fruiting of our sour barrels. This beer is a blend of sour ales aged in various oak barrels. After 18 months, we re-fermented the blend on a mix of Blackberry, Cranberry, and Montmorency Tart Cherry. Look to the horizon, for we are already there!
